Boy oh Boy

Life has been pretty crazy lately.  I guess, when is it not, when you have three little boys?  They keep me laughing and really happy.  Somedays I think I will pull my hair out, and I am pretty sure I will be totally gray in just a few years at the rate I'm going.  :)  But man, I love these guys.  Every time I turn around they are doing something new, trying to bug each other in a new way, repeating something else they have heard that I don't approve of, singing songs, making jokes, dancing, making creations, surprising me, I just love it.  Life couldn't be any better.  Cassie (Tyson's little sister) just graduated from SVU, so we had almost the whole Cooper clan come and visit, even Aunt Judy (we missed Katie, Josh and Noah though).  Congrats Cass for not only graduating, but getting engaged!  We are so excited for you and Dallin.  So I am really bad about blogging, taking pictures of things besides the silly moments with just the boys, and recording more things.  But these will have to do.  Hooray for the little moments that make life wonderful!    Enjoy!

                      Josh made me a present for Mother's Day in preschool, an adorable corsage out of felt.  It was so cute!  I love that he goes to preschool!

Doctor! Tell me what you gonna do!

Ethnie and Leo are over here this morning. Josh and Ethnie are talking to each other and this is the conversation I heard:

Josh (doctor): What is the matter with your baby?
Ethnie (worried mom): He is sick.
Josh: What's wrong with him?
Ethnie: I don't know, he is just sick.
Josh: Does he need medicine?
Ethnie: Yeah, I think so.
Josh: Do you have some at your house?
Ethnie: No, I don't.
Josh: Do I have some at my house?
Ethnie: I don't know.
Josh: Oh, I probably do. Would you go get it for me?
Ethnie: I don't know where your house is!


I'm glad that my conversations with the doctor don't sound like this. Can you imagine, the doctor looking at you and asking "does your baby need medicine?" Um, doc, that is what I am here for, does he? Haha, so funny. Gotta love kids pretending to be big.

Been Too Long

I didn't realize just how busy being a mother of three is. I need to make more time to write though, there is so much I will forget and already have. I love my three little boys, the are just so stinking hilarious.

I need to download pictures, but Josh just turned 4 on Tuesday. He had his first friend birthday party and it was awesome! I think we had 13 kids total (including my 3), which was crazy so luckily I had Cassie and Carmel here to help. They saved my life for sure. We played pin the beak on the penguin and a few other games with ice and goldfish. It was pretty fun. I can't believe Josh is 4 already, it makes me feel old. Most days I don't even feel like a mom, like I just have a permanent babysitting job or something.

Caleb has out of no where gotten really opinionated and very picky. He throws tantrums and such, but nothing too horrible. He threw one right when we walked into Walmart the other day and I was so scared (my first time with all 3 by myself on a "real" grocery trip). One of the workers, an older lady, distracted him and I wish I had gotten her name, she was such a lifesaver. But for the most part he is a pretty smiley little guy.

Matthew is REALLY smiley. He makes me so happy. He just stares at me and watches me clean or cook or read and just smiles whenever I look at him. He rarely smiled for the first two months of his life, so I just treasure each one like they are worth a million bucks. I can't believe how lucky I am to have my 3 boys. And Tyson, well, every second of every day I have no clue how I got lucky enough to have him. He gets more and more perfect every day, I don't know how that is possible.

Oh, so some good quotes from the boys lately:
Josh:
"I am the king of the United States of America!"
"I'm in my room, thinking about my life. I want a new mom and dad."
(me: "Josh, thanks for putting Matthew's pacifier back in.") Josh: "oh I couldn't find it." Me: "Then why is he quiet?" Josh: "Oh, I put his blanket on his mouth and pushes it down so I couldn't hear him. I don't like the screaming." (scary huh? We had a talk about not covering Matthew's face anymore)
(when I find him in the cupboard) "Mom, close the door, I am a spider and I am going to jump out and eat Caleb."
"This picture is a song of a bird, and this one is the sound of the wind rushing by." (guess what song he learned in primary? :) )

Caleb:
"It's Christmas time! It's present time! It's singing time! Lala la!" (and he spins in a circle)
"It's my birthday too!" (all day on Josh's birthday, Caleb could not comprehend that it wasn't for him too.) :)

C is for Cookie

Okay, I love when I tell Josh there is flour in the cookies, he points to the flowers on the table and goes "no! those flowers!" And I don't even notice in the video, but watching it now, it is funny. :) They both wanted to see videos of themselves, that is why I am posting them, plus they are just cute.

Oh what do you do in the summer time...?

It has been a lot of fun looking through the most recent batch of downloaded pictures. We are actually having a summer! Summertime was always so magical, fun and different as a kid. But once college started it was different, but not as fun. And then Tyson started working and there really was no summer vacation, just a lot of heat and muggy-ness. Now that the kids are older, they make it magical. It is so fun! Of course, now we don't have our Zuri bug to hang out with and torture, but I think it will still be lots of good summertimeness!

Easter Pics!

Easter was awesome! It was an entire weekend of celebrating. Friday afternoon we had the egg hunt at Tyson's office. It worked out quite perfectly that almost all of the boy's friends were there hunting eggs too. Then Saturday we had our own egg hunt to carry on the tradition of hunting eggs with the Davis's. Then Sunday the boys looked for their baskets and then we went to church and celebrated the real reason for Easter. Our wonderful Savior who died and lives again so that we have hope to live again as well. Here are the cutest boys in the world. Josh made sure we all wore green. :)
